  • CANCELLATIONS

    Clients are welcome to cancel their appointments free of charge. However, a minimum of 72 hours notice is required for any cancellations.

    Cancellations or no-shows within this timeframe will be subject to a 100% charge of the scheduled service.

    For appointments made in person, a valid bank card must be provided within 48 hours to confirm the booking. Failure to do so will result in the appointment being canceled.

  • RESCHEDULING

    Clients are welcome to reschedule their appointments free of charge. However, 72 hours notice is required, and the new appointment must be scheduled within two weeks of the original date. Failure to do so will result in a 100% charge.

    If rescheduling within this timeframe is not possible, a later appointment may be booked, but a deposit will be required to secure the booking.

    Clients will still be required to conform their appointment with a bank card.

  • Complaints policy

    In the unfortunate event that a client is unhappy with their hair, they are encouraged to express their concerns within 14 days of their visit. Clients are kindly asked to reach out during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM.

    If a complaint is made within 14 days of the original appointment, a follow-up appointment will be offered to assess or address any concerns. Clients will be provided with the earliest available appointment.

    Please note that all services are non-refundable.
