  • CANCELLATIONS

    All clients are entitled to cancel their appointments free of charge.

    I ask that 72 hours notice to be given if you need to cancel for any reason.

    Any cancellations or no-show made within this time will be charged 100% of the bill.

    All appointments made in person must be confirmed with a valid bank card within 48 hours of the appointment being made or the appointment will be cancelled.

  • RESCHEDULING

    Again clients are entitled to reschedule their appointments free of charge.

    I ask that 72 hours notice to be given and the appointment to be rescheduled within 2 weeks of the original appointment date.

    If the appointment can not be rescheduled within the 2 week window, a later appointment can be made but a deposit will be requested.

    Clients will still be required to conform their appointment with a bank card.
